This is a hands-on, in-person experience (max 25 people) where you:

The discovery day is formed of two parts and is our unique business model that will reduce your build costs by up to 30% and the time it takes to build out your site. This is a key part of the Development Accelerator programme, and we provide full training for its implantation. In fact, if you join the programme this element in itself will pay for the programme multiple times for a single house build.

The courses essentially a project management programme which covers everything from applying and gaining full planning permission, planning you build including where to find contractors, materials and plant.
Then we move on to funding you deal and where to find private investors, using our EcoMargin strategy to reduce build costs, reduce risk and fund your deals at reduced cost.
Then we move to the build itself and guide you through the process to keep your site safe, compliant and on track.
